Welcome to the South Hampton Townhomes Association Website. We will be using this site to keep our members informed of current and upcoming events in our community.
This site will provide a forum to ask questions and to provide feedback on any concerns or questions that you may have. In addition it will allow your HOA and the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to provide information to you in a timely manner of any happenings in our community without the delay of trying to contact you one at a time as we will be using e-mail and this site to contact you.

Message From The Board
This section will provide information from the HOA Board and Board meetings.
Community Events
This section will cover information about our community events such as local and city events, Holiday Events and other items that affect us.
If you would like to have an item posted on this section then please contact a board member or submit a request on this site and we will get it posted. Remember to include the date, time, location and who is having the event
Community Info
This section will provide information on our local communities, what their resources are and how to contact them. If you have something that you think should be included please contact us.
Meetings
This section will list all meetings to include HOA Community Meetings, HOA or ARB meetings or any other meetings that may affect our community.
Board Access
This is a place for the Board of Directors to communicate with each other.
Documents
The HOA Document page is designed to provide you information about all the documents that we are required to provide to our homeowners as well as those documents that may be needed to request information or permission for your projects.
Each section is labeled and provides information on the documents in that section and what they are.
This section also contains an ARB request form. Please print the ARB application and submit to Specialty Management with all the required items. Once all the paper work is received it will be sent to the ARB Committee for approval.
Please provide as much information as you can with any requests, including your name, address, phone number and e-mail address so that we may contact you for any other information that we may need.
